Richard Warwick invented the Adjust-A-Lift Heel Lift forty years ago because a healthcare provider asked him for something different. He told Richard the current shoe lifts on the market came in too many sizes, wore out too quickly, slipped around inside the shoe, and were uncomfortable to wear. Richard and an orthotist friend worked together to build a prototype to solve the problems the chiropractor described. Thus, the Adjust-A-Lift was born.

Adjustable
It’s in the name. What makes the heel lift most unique is the 1/8th inch peel-able layers. The lift is made of three pieces of layers of extra firm, open cell foam rubber, each 1/8 inch thick, held together with double-sided adhesive so it could adjust to each user’s individual needs. It also comes in three sizes to accommodate women’s and men’s feet for both children and adults.
