Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is to make sure you’re happy with your Warwick product. If it doesn’t fit or is not what you expected, we’re happy to issue a refund or exchange if the item is eligible:

  • A full refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product.
  • Product must be clean, unused and in the original package. For health reasons, we cannot accept products that have been worn in footwear.
  • The return/exchange process must be initiated within 30 days of the day you received the product.

Please note:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • We will gladly refund the cost of the product and any applicable sales tax, but unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping cost of your original order.
  • We generally process returns and exchanges within three business days of receiving the item. Please allow up to ten business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
  • To avoid a 25% restocking fee, please submit for prior approval before returning product.
